Two self-contained cottages — Jarrahwood and Tree Top — on 32 acres overlooking the Blackwood River Valley near Nannup. Operated directly: pricing, guest experience, maintenance and risk are managed in-house rather than outsourced to an agency.
Land held on the company's own account. Weyland does not manage property for third parties.
Thirty-two acres in the south west of Western Australia, carrying the accommodation business alongside its own standalone land value. Infrastructure — power, water and network — is specified for independence from the grid.
Reserves held against the parts of the cycle that arrive without notice.
Physical holdings maintained as ballast rather than as a trading position. Held for the same reason a ship carries it: to stay upright when the weather turns.
